Connectprof Export - Reports
With ConnectProf, you can transfer products to the marketplace individually or in bulk. While transferring products, you can easily manage marketplace-based transactions by examining the shipping status of each marketplace.
You can track product status with Update Reports.
To access the update reports, click Admin Panel > Export > Menu > Update reports page.
The reports page will open.
Update Reports : You can check the status of the products transferred to the marketplace. You can view the update time and end time of your products. The total number of products, the number of added, updated, pending and error products are in this field.
Edit Report : When clicked, the reports will be red in color. You can delete the report you want to delete with the "X" button in the right corner of the report.
Refresh : Refreshes the Update Reports field.
Full Report : When clicked, reports that are full are listed. In all reports, it displays whether there are added, updated, pending and faulty products or not.
Refresh : Refreshes the Update Reports area.

# Sign : It is the report of your products with changing prices and stocks. When you click on it, the detail field will open.
- Copy : Copies the update report. You can send it to a different location by copying the link.
- View : When clicked, you can check the Update detail on product basis. You can filter from "Report Group Filters" and "Category Groups".
Cup Mark : It is the "All Data Update" report that is done once a day. If you want all your products to be updated, you can create a support request.

NOTE : Update times vary depending on the product detail and number of products.
Report Group Filters : It allows you to filter report statuses, error groups and categorization groups by detailing them.
Status : You can filter the status of successful, pending, unsuccessful and all products included in the update.
If you want only successful products to be listed, select "Only Successful" and click the "Apply Selected Filters" button and you can review the filtered products from the reports area.
If you want only unsuccessful products to be filtered, select "All Failures" and click on the "Apply Selected Filters" button and you can review the filtered products from the reports area.
If you want to filter only pending products, select "Pending Only" and click on the "Apply Selected Filters" button and you can review the filtered products from the reports area.
If you want to filter all your products, simply select "Show All" and click on the "Filter Selected Products" button.
