ConnectProf Export - General Settings

With ConnectProf, you can transfer product information to the marketplace as desired.

After the export integration is created, click on the Admin Panel > Export button.

The list of your integrations will be displayed on the opened page.

Select the marketplace you want to work with and click on Menu > General Settings button.

The general settings page will open.

The opened page includes mapped categories, limits, integration name, other options, and field selections.

Mapped Categories: The categories you have mapped are listed in Admin Panel > Catalog Settings > Category Management. When transferring products to the marketplace, you can select the category from this section to choose which products should be transferred.

Limits: You can set limits for stock and prices when transferring products to the marketplace, allowing you to transfer products within specific price or stock ranges.

1. Stock Limitation: When clicked, a field for minimum and maximum stock quantities will appear. You can add minimum and maximum values to transfer only products with specific stock levels.

   For example, if the minimum value is 5 and the maximum value is 100, products with stock between 5 and 100 will be included in the integration.

2. List Price Limitation: When clicked, fields for minimum and maximum list price values will appear. You can set a minimum and maximum list price.

   For example, if you set the minimum list price to 100 and the maximum to 1000, products with list prices between 100 and 1000 will be included in the integration.

3. Discounted Price Limitation: When clicked, fields for minimum and maximum discounted price values will appear. You can set a minimum and maximum discount price to limit the products that will be transferred to the marketplace.

   For example, if you set the minimum discounted price to 10 and the maximum to 100, products with discounted prices between 10 and 100 will be included in the integration.

NOTE: You cannot sell all products within the range you enter in this section on the marketplace. You can also filter and transfer products that meet the other settings you have applied.

For example, if you have 14 categories mapped and only select 2 categories, you can filter and transfer products that meet the set limitations for the selected categories.

NOTE: You can add multiple limitations at the same time.

Integration Name: From this section, you can specify the name of the export integration.

For example, if you have two Trendyol integrations, you can give them distinct names like "Store X" and "Store Y" instead of just "Trendyol" to make them easier to differentiate.

Other Options: You can limit the products to be transferred to the marketplace based on specific criteria.

1. Send Only Active Products: When checked, only active products from your page will be sent to the marketplace, and inactive products will not be included.

2. Do Not Send Products Without Photos: When checked, products without photos will not be sent to the marketplace. If a product without a photo is transferred, an error message will be returned.

3. Do Not Send Products Without Details: When checked, products without details will not be sent to the marketplace.

4. Do Not Send Products Without Barcodes: When checked, products without barcodes will not be transferred to the marketplace.

Field Selection: The fields you have added in Admin Panel > Catalog Settings > Field Management will be listed. From this selection, you can determine which field (code, title, stock, price, description) in the product details will be used when transferring the product to the marketplace.

NOTE: We recommend not making changes to the information you have added in the Field Selection. Changes made may cause errors in your products.

NOTE: When changes are made in Field Selection, they will be updated at the scheduled update time and reflected on the marketplace. If they are not reflected, you can submit a support request for an update.

After adding your information, click the "Save Changes" button.
