Connectprof Manual Order Transfer
With ConnectProf, you can manually select your orders and transfer them to the orders area in the T-soft infrastructure.
You can provide stock updates automatically by transferring all your marketplace orders to the "Orders" page in the T-Soft admin panel.
Your stocks that change in the T-Soft admin panel are also updated in the ConnectProf panel with the update and transferred to the marketplace. With automatic update and transfer, it provides users with ease of operation as well as time saving.
With this bidirectional integration, the integration automatically performs all the steps that require you to take manual action regarding your stocks.
In order for stock updates to be provided by T-Soft, orders must be transferred to your e-commerce site.
To make manual order transfer, click on the Orders page from the ConnectProf admin panel.
Select the order you want to transfer and click the "Detail (+)" button.
You can check the status of your order from the E-commerce Transfer Status in the Transfer / Update area.
If your order has not been transferred to your e-commerce site, the "Code" field will read "Not Sent".
If you want to transfer your order, click the "Send Order" button from the "Transactions" field.,
A pop-up will open. If you are sure that the warning is correct, click on the "Confirm, Send" button.
The order you have selected will be sent to your e-commerce site.
Stock will be reduced from all products belonging to the order and if cargo integration or invoice integration is used, they may also be affected.
When your order is transferred to your e-commerce site, you can check it from the "Orders" page in the T-Soft admin panel.
If you cannot find your order, check the filters on the "Orders" page.
If you wish, you can also check your order by searching by order number.
NOTE : Only T-Soft infrastructure sites can use this feature.
