Connectprof Related Marketing Cloud Structure

Thanks to the ConnectProf product catalog, you can send your recommended products to the Related Marketing Cloud infrastructure. 

Related Marketing Cloud with ConnectProf is a program that helps your customers connect and unify all online and offline data sources to create personalized customer experiences. 

It offers out-of-the-box marketing automation, lifecycle programs and a personalized experience for customers across all marketing channels. 

Lifecycle automation provides regular communication about products that may be of interest to the customer. 

It sends automatic e-mails within the specified period after the purchase. When feedback is received from the customer, a personalized discount coupon is instantly offered, contributing to sales and customer loyalty. It also offers product recommendation infrastructure to your e-commerce customers.

Thanks to the ConnectProf product catalog, you can send your recommended products to the Related Marketing Cloud infrastructure. 

NOTE : Related Marketing Cloud structure works depending on the license. If you have a license, you can create a support request to activate it. If you do not have a license, you can get detailed information from the sales representative on the subject.

To create a Related Marketing Cloud structure, click on Products from the admin panel. 

Your products will be listed. 

Filter the products you want to print. 

Click on Product and Integration > Create Custom Output from Catalog. 

Select "Related Marketing Cloud Structure" for Custom Output. Then click on the "Save and Edit" button.

If you are sure that the warning is correct, click "Continue" and then "OK". 

The page where you can adjust the settings for the Related Marketing Cloud output will open. 

Related Marketing Cloud : Your catalog information is included. You can review your id, catalog code, link name, total product and active filters. You can change the link name if you wish. 

XML Output Type :You can choose between Related Marketing Cloud - Standard or Related Marketing Cloud - variant structure. 

Fields : You can choose which information you want to transfer when transferring the product code, title, price-discounted price, stock area and category code fields. No change is made in the Item Group Code field. 

Additional Fields : You can choose between feature fields or select the option to use this field. You can add 10 properties. 

Edits : You can use it to edit the created XML information. You can choose whether or not to check the sales status. Color and Size Area selections are not made on this page. 

Title Prefix and Suffix : You can add prefix and suffix to the product title. If you wish, you can also limit prefixes based on category. 

File Type : You can create the file type as XML or CSV

If you want to cancel the selections made, click on the "Cancel and Delete My Link Information" button. 

After checking that all options are correct, click on the "Save and Create Link" button to generate the XML output. 

You will be able to pull the XML link you created every 10 minutes. If you want to update it in less than 10 minutes, you can go to the link list and use the empty cache option.

Click the "OK" button for the warning message after clicking. 

Your link will be created.
